Odisha emerged Plate champions in the BCCI Senior Women T20 League, defeating Kerala in the final by eight runs at Just Cricket in Bangalore today. Opting to bat, Odisha made a modest total of 108 for five in the stipulated 20 overs and then bowled out Kerala for 100 in 19.2 overs.
Odisha Cricket Association congratulated all the members of the victorious team and announced a cash award of Rs 25,000 each for players and support staff.
